Shipping methods & Prices
As soon as you place your order, the item(s) will be mailed to you the following working day.
When your order is sent, we inform you via email about progress of your order and tracking number will be send to you.
There are three (3) options to receive your order. a) By registered air-mail or package delivery (Hellenic Post Office) b) By ELTA Courier or Courier Center for domestic & Cyprus orders c) By UPS Courier service for international orders.
For the territory of Greece only there is the option of sending any goods by cash on delivery. If you live in Greece and you decide to order by this way, then you are responsible to take care of payment upon receipt of goods within ten (10) days. You can also place your order by phone or by email. If you want to pay with another way or use another shipping method, just contact us and we will arrange the shipping / payment to fit your needs.
Cash on delivery including shipping is 5 EUR for Courier or from 4.40 EUR eur with ELTA. For PayPal payments, ELTA registered shipping start from 4 EUR, , ELTA package from 2.60, Courier is 5 eur.
Shipping cost start from 6.05 EUR with ELTA Hellenic Post, from 14 eur with Courier Center and payment method via PayPal.

Pickup from our Store
We have enabled this option since November 2015. You can place the order and select Pickup from Store method. Online payment and pay in store options are available with this method.

Returns & Refunds
All our items are carefully packaged, but in case you receive the goods damaged we can replace them, but you have to notify us by email or phone within 2 (two) days from the day you receive the package and return the defect items to us.
Customers may return defective or wrong product subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The product must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days, at the latest, from the date of purchase.
- In case of wrong product - not the ones that had been ordered, the returned product must be in same condition as was sold.
- The return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer, except when the products received are not the ones that had been ordered.
If the above conditions are met and the product return is accepted, consumers are entitled either to a store credit for the same value, in order to purchase another product, or to a cash refund, if the products had been paid for in cash. If the purchase was paid with a credit card, the transaction will be cancelled, and the refund will be send to customer account.
